2007 SEASON SCHEDULE

October 7th--- Military Hill Park; Pullman, WA "NEW" Venue

October 14th--- Valley Mission Park; Spokane Valley, WA

October 21st--- Farragut State Park; Athol, ID "NEW" Venue

October 27th--- Stanger Farm; Walla Walla, WA "NEW" Venue & Start-time 4:30pm! (click here for more info)

November 4th--- Riverside State Park (7-mile area); Spokane, WA

November 11th--- Farragut State Park, Athol, ID "NEW" Venue

November 18th--- Highbridge Park; Spokane, WA--- FINALS

REGISTRATION / INFORMATION

CYCLOCROSS:  There is no pre-registration. On site registration opens at 10:00 am and closes 15 minutes before the event. USCF and NORBA licenses will be accepted. A one day USCF license is $10.00 in addition to the $20.00 entry fee. Entry fees include all USCF surcharges. The promoter reserves the right to split and combine fields as field sizes warrant. All junior participants must have parent/guardian release forms signed and purchase one day licenses if necessary. Approved helmets are required.  All fields are open to both USCF and NORBA licensed riders. Mountain bike bar ends must be removed for mass start events. Races are held come rain, shine, sleet, or snow! 
ENTRY FEES:  $20.00 entry/ Juniors 18yrs. under $10.00

Point distribution will be 9 deep:  15, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, and 5 for showing up.
New for this year! Before each race there will be a drawing to determine if the race will be scored double points! This should keep the racing interesting throughout the series.

Prizes: Cash and Merchandise ($499.-)and prize drawing! Distributed at the end of the series.

 

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Military Hill Park driving directions: (Pullman, WA)
NEW VENUE, Take WA-195 south to Pullman. Once in Pullman turn left on N Grand Ave and proceed to NW Stadium Way and turn left (Dissmores IGA will be on your left side). You then will immediately veer right on Hall Street and drive all the way up the hill to Military Hill Park. Parking is at the Pullman Aquatic center which is at 500 NW Larry St. Do not park at the high school!

Valley Mission Park driving directions:

From I-90 take the "Pines Rd Exit" (Exit 289) drive South on N Pines Rd take a right turn at East Mission Ave. Valley Mission Park will be on your right hand side.
 
Riverside State Park driving directions (7- Mile Area):
From I-90 take the "Maple St. Bridge Exit" (Exit 280). Drive North on S Walnut St. go over the Maple Street Bridge. Follow Maple St. all the way to Francis Ave. (approx. 5 miles); take a left on to Francis Ave. Francis will become HWY 281 follow it down the hill until you get to "7 Mile Road". Take a left turn at 7 Mile Rd. drive over the bridge and take an immediate left turn after the bridge go for approx. 0.2 miles and follow signs to parking area.

Highbridge Park driving directions:
From I-90 take the "Maple St. Bridge Exit" (Exit 280). Drive North on S. Walnut St. take a left turn on to 2nd Ave, cross Maple St. and follow the street to the left it will become Sunset Hwy.  Follow Sunset Hwy.  stay in the right hand lane and drive across the bridge to Government Way. Take a right hand turn at Government Way take another right turn at Riverside Ave. down the hill. Take a right at S Highbridge Park Dr. Signs will be posted at Park entrance.

Farragut State Park driving directions:
NEW VENUE, From Downtown Spokane take I-90 East to Coeur d'Alene, ID. Take the "Hwy 95" exit #12 and drive North towards Sandpoint. Drive for approx. 20 miles towards Athol. In Athol take a right turn at "ID-54" continue driving East until the traffic circle. Take the 2nd exit and head in to Farragut State Park.

Walla Walla driving direction:
NEW VENUE
, Stanger Farm - Private property!. From the east, Hwy 12 to Sapolil Rd (4.4 miles past Dixie, 1.1 miles past Sapolil E Rd). Right turn. 1.0 mile to Stanger driveway. From the west, Hwy 12 to Sapolil Rd (9/10 mile past the weigh station east of WW). Turn left, and 1.0 mile to the driveway.

Fort Walla Walla:
From downtown,
take Main St west. Go left (south) on 9th Ave. Continue on 9th, passing the county fairgrounds on the left. At the light just after the fairgrounds, go straight on Hwy 125. One mile after the light, turn right on Myra Rd. Make another right on Dalles Military Rd at the top of the little hill. The venue is on the left. Park on Dalles Military Rd.
From the east on Hwy 12, exit on 2nd Ave. Go south to Main St. Turn right on Main, and follow directions above.
From the west on Hwy 12, exit south (right) on Gose St (3/10 mile after milepost 334). Turn left on Wallula after 8/10 mile, and left again on Rose a half mile later. In a few hundred yards, at the signal, turn right on Myra Rd. Turn left 1.1 miles later, on Dalles Military Rd. The venue is on the left. Park on Dalles Military Rd.
