STRIDES FOR STRONG BONES 3 MILE OR 6 MILE fun-run-walk

Now is the time to make your bones as strong as they can be!  Men and women of all ages are invited to participate in this 8th annual fun run to raise awareness for osteoporosis and bone health.

TRI 101 Sprint Triathlon Clinic - Learn what you'll need to have a successful first triathlon, tips for preventing injury, core & stretching for endurance athletes, equipment needs and proper training for beginning triathletes. 


This TRI 101 is all about CYCLING! Learn how to change a flat, pedal efficiently, gain comfort, stay safe on the roadways and feel more confident on your bicycle.  Classroom setting, no bikes or equipment needed.
