Welcome to the Emde Sports/Fitness Fanatics Cycling and Triathlon Club! One of the premier racing teams and clubs in the region, we are members of both USA Cycling and USA Triathlon.  
Our teammates and club members participate in the Spokane area, the Northwest and races across the United States. Our members range from Professional Triathlete to Recreational Rider to Junior athletes... or whatever age you feel at heart.

We offer club training rides, runs, and swims along with networking, team instruction and race tactics. We offer team discounts on various products and purchases throughout the year with open membership occurring in October and November each year.  Our goal is to train as club members and race as teammates, supporting each others athletic endeavors, whether you are a racer or recreational athlete.  We are advocates of bicycle safety, skills and education in the Spokane area and do our part to practice safe riding on all of our training rides. 

Members of our Triathlon team won the
Mixed Team Championship at the 2006 & 2007 TRI NW Championships at Blue Lake, OR. 
Our club members include past national champions, past and current Washington State Cycling Champions, USAT Age Group World Qualifiers and TRI NW ranked athletes. Annie Warner, our professional triathlete, competed successfully in the North American ITU Series finishing her season with a 6th place in Boston.
