Osteoporosis Individual Triathlete Category:
(hooray to these women who continue to fight osteoporosis)
One “wunderful” age group for women that have been diagnosed
with osteoporosis.
Relay Teams
(two age groups): Combined ages of 120 or less AND 121 or
greater. Combined ages of swimmer, cyclist and runner.
Osteoporosis Relay Teams:
at least one participant must have been diagnosed with
osteoporosis
(one category)
OLYMPIC DISTANCE:
Elite/Open Triathlete:
Must qualify for this category with an Olympic distance time of
2'30" or less in the last 2 years. Cash prizes will go 5 deep
(1st place $300, 2nd place $250, 3rd place $200, 4th place $150,
and 5th place $100).
Individual Age Groups:
18 & under, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54,
55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70+.

Elite Individuals: $100.00 plus WA State sales tax ($108.70)
Individuals: $90.00 plus
WA State sales tax ($97.83)
Relay Team: $130.00 plus WA State sales tax ($141.31)
Late charges of $10.00 will apply to all entries received
after August 5th.

in Medical Lake at Waterfront Park (race
venue) between 12:00 noon and 4:00 pm.
There are no late race entries on this day. These are
pre-registered packets only.

Race Day Information:
Bike check-in from 5:30 am -6:30 am. All participants for both the
Olympic and Sprint Distance events MUST be in the transition
area before 7:00 am on race morning. On race day, check in your bike
(don’t forget your helmet--it is required) to Waterfront Park in
Medical Lake. Bicycles will be checked in and out of the
transition area by the competitors only. Timing Chips will be
given out when you pick up your race package.
START TIMES:
Olympic Distance race starts at 7:30 am
Sprint Distance race starts at 8:15 am
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE CHECKED IN BEFORE 7:00 AM IN THE
TRANSITION AREA!

From Spokane:
Take I-90 West to EXIT #272 (Medical Lake). Take a right turn
on to Hwy. 902 and follow approx 5 miles in to Medical Lake.
Take a left at Lefevre St. (by Denny's Harvest Foods) and follow approx. 2 miles
to Waterfront park (drive through town). The park is on your
right.
From Seattle:
Take I-90 to EXIT #264 (Salnave Rd.) take a left turn on to
Salnave Rd. and follow approx. 5 miles to Medical Lake.
Waterfront Park is on your left just before you reach town.
Parking at Waterfront Park is limited to about 150
available spots. Please park on-street in Medical Lake or at the
Medical Lake High School both are about 1 mile away from the park.
Please carpool and have
spectators use the shuttle bus service in the morning. EXPECT TO
PARK IN MEDICAL LAKE AND RIDE YOUR BIKE IN TO WATERFRONT PARK.
With two different distances, there will be minimal parking
available at the venue.
There is "no parking allowed" along HWY 902 also known
as Lefevre Street! Please, let your relatives
know, they could get tickets for parking at a State Hwy!
