ENTRY FEES:
PLEASE READ: As of October 2011 all events in Washington State will have to charge sales tax! Our entry fees for this event will include WA State sales tax:

SPRINT DISTANCE:

Individual Age Group Entry: $80.00 plus WA State Sales tax ($86.96).

Relay Team Entry: $120.00 plus WA State Sales tax ($130.44)

OLYMPIC DISTANCE:

ELITE/OPEN Entry: $100 plus WA State Sales tax ($108.70). Cash prizes ($1000) and medals are 5 deep: $300, $250, $200, $150, $100

Individual Age Group Entry: $90.00 plus WA State sales tax ($97.83)

Team Entries: $130.00 plus WA State Sales Tax ($141.31)

A $10.00 LATE FEE WILL BE ADDED TO ALL ENTRIES RECEIVED AFTER AUGUST 5TH.

Transfer of Entries:

Entries may be transferred from one person to another if necessary for an additional $25.00 (administrative fees).

Procedures for transferring entries:

1)  A new entry form (on webpage) must be downloaded and filled out by the person taking over the entry spot. Please indicate on the form who's spot you are taking and their original confirmation number (please get this from the person who's spot you are taking). 

2) Send the new entry form/brochure and $25.00 administrative fee to:

3) Money exchange for the original entry shall be done by the two parties when transferring.
(For example:  a win-win situation, I suggest selling your entry for $55.00 and then having the new person pay the additional $25.00 fee when sending in their entry information to Emde Sports. This way the new person is only paying $80.00 total for the spot and the original owner still gets 68% of their entry back.)

We understand that injuries can occur and family obligation are always important but please enter with the best intentions of showing up to race. If the transfer of entries is abused we will no longer offer it next year!

Waiting List:
There will not be a waiting list for this event.

Refund Policy:
50% Refund from February 1st, 2011 until July 19th, 2012
