Important Information:
We will start online registration at midnight (00:01am) on
February 1st 2010! This event will most likely sell out quickly
so be ready to register.
Only online registration is available on Feb. 1st 2010.
The
2010
Valley Girl Triathlon
sold out in 1h38min!
Entry Fee:
The entry fees for this event will be as
following:
Individual Entries:
$75.00 before July 30th 2010.
On July 30th 2010 there will be a $10.00 late fee added
for a total of $85.00.
Team Entries: $115.00 before July 30th 2010.
On July 30th 2010 there will be a $10.00 late fee added
for a total of $125.00.
Transfer of Entries:
Entries may be transferred from one
person to another if the need arises for an additional
$25.00
for administrative fees.
Procedures for transferring entries:
1)
A new entry form (please contact us for flyer) must
be downloaded and filled out by the person taking over the entry
spot. Please indicate
on the form who's spot you are taking and their original
confirmation number (please get this from the person who's spot
you are taking).
2) Send the new
entry and $25.00 to:

3)
Money exchange for the original entry shall be done by the two parties
when transferring.
(For a win-win situation, many ladies
have been selling their entry for $50.00 and then having the new
person pay the additional $25.00 fee when sending in their entry
information to Emde Sports. This way the new person is only
paying $75.00 total for the spot and the original owner still
gets 2/3 of their entry back.)
We understand that injuries can
occur and family obligation are always important but please
enter with the best intentions of showing up to race. If the
transfer of entries is abused we will no longer offer it next
year!

Saturday, August 9th 2010 at midnight. All entries must be
postmarked by August 9th, 2010 unless the event sells out before that date.

becomes available.
Waiting List:
There will not be a waiting list for this event.
Refund Policy:
50% Refund from
February 1st, 2010 until July 15th, 2010
No Refunds after July
